Easter Services 2024 in Stanley

Palm Sunday, 24th March, 10am

Join us as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant arrival into Jerusalem; he rode a donkey as the crowds waved palm branches and shouted ‘Hosanna!’  We also look ahead to the events of Holy Week.

Maundy Thursday Agape service, 28th March, 7pm

Maundy Thursday celebrates the Last Supper that Jesus shared with his apostles.  Our Maundy Thursday service will be an Agape service.

Good Friday Hour at the Cross service, 29th March, 2pm

On Good Friday there will be an Hour at the Cross service of contemplation and prayer finishing at 3pm, the time at which Jesus died on the cross.

Easter Sunday, 31st March, 10am

Easter is the most joyful day of the year for Christians.  We are    forgiven! Christ has died for our sins! Christ has risen!  We are redeemed!  Hallelujah!  Celebrate the joy with us on Easter Sunday morning at 10am.
